Job summary

PT EASYRENT BALI MOBILINDO is seeking a Finance, Tax & Accounting Manager to lead our finance team in Bali. The role focuses on financial accuracy, tax compliance, and strategic insights for business growth.

You'll oversee statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while ensuring audits and tax filings are handled professionally. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance, with 2+ years in management, strong PSAK knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance, Accounting or Tax with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian PSAK and taxation regulations.
• Experience in financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Experience with corporate tax reporting, tax audits, and tax compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop Finance, Tax and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance, tax and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash flow analyses.
• Ensure tax compliance including PPN, PPh, annual tax return and audits.
• Provide strategic insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Maintain high integrity, accuracy and attention to detail in all reports.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.

Has experience preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Has experience handling corporate tax reporting (PPN, PPh, Annual Tax Return, and tax audits).

Is able to lead, supervise, and develop Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams.

Has excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

High level of integrity, honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail

Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Is familiar with Accounting Program

Is able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

Is disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Experience in the hospitality, tourism, transportation, or car rental industry is an advantage.
