Job summary

PT Fiwi Lestari Internasional (Avia Tour) seeks a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to support daily financial operations, accounting processes, and tax administration in a dynamic travel business.

You will record transactions, handle invoices, prepare reports, perform bank reconciliations, support month-end close, and manage tax filings (PPh, VAT, e-Faktur). 1–3 years’ experience in finance or tax is preferred. Excellent Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/taxation.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
• Experience in travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Familiar with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, and tax reporting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately and timely

Handle invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash administration

Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents

Perform bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow monitoring

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Manage tax administration, including PPh, VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, and related tax documentation

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax role

Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage

Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations

Familiar with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, and tax reporting systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
