Job summary

Tunas Group in Batam is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee all activities, ensure accuracy, and drive timely closing and reporting.

You will guide a team, coordinate with auditors and banks, manage cash flow, budgeting, and tax compliance, and review financial controls to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, including Supervisor/Assistant Manager level.
• Understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Perform reconciliations, financial controls, and ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction records.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external parties.
• Guide and review the work of the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

Job description

You will ensure tax calculations, payments, and reporting comply with regulations, perform reconciliations and financial controls, and coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external parties. You will also guide and review the work of the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

Strong analytical thinking, leadership, problem solving, and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Brevet A & B is a plus

Experience in manufacturing or property developer industry is a plus and willingness to be placed in Batam
