Job summary

Tunas Group in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Drafter Engineer to prepare and refine site plans and infrastructure drawings. You will coordinate with architects, civil, MEP, and project teams, ensuring drawings meet standards and deadlines. Fresh graduates with portfolio are welcome.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency; SketchUp is a plus, and willingness to base in Batam is expected. Experience in handling Working, Shop, and As-Built drawings is preferred.

Qualifications

• SMK/D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 1 year as Drafter Engineer; fresh grads with strong portfolio welcome.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of site plans, master plans, grading, building and utility drawings.
• Able to read and prepare Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in Batam.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare working drawings and engineering details in accordance with the planning team’s direction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter Engineer. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Proficiency in SketchUp is a plus.

Good understanding of site plans, master plans, grading plans, building plans, utility plans, and infrastructure development drawings.

Knowledge of technical drawings for roads, drainage systems, utility lines, land plots, and construction details.

Able to read and prepare Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Willing to be based in Batam.
