Job summary

PT Lumbung Dana Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Accounting FAT staff to join our fintech team in Tangerang. The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in accounting or finance with at least 1 year FAT experience and knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation standards.

Proficiency in Accurate system and DJP Online is preferred, with English fluency and Mandarin as a plus. You will handle petty cash, AP/AR, monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and tax filings, while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as FAT Staff in a Fintech company.
• Brevet A&B certificate preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with Accurate system and DJP Online.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting and Taxation standards.
• Experience in finance: banking, cash flow monitoring, AR & AP.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and manage petty cash.
• Multitasking ability; honest, thorough, detail‑oriented, proactive, and analytical.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports including Petty Cash, e-Invoicing, e-Payment Slip, e-SPT.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 26, UMKM).
• Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of important information and documents.
• Prepare journals, AP and AR documents.
• Assist supervisors with assigned tasks and analytics for management.

• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in Accounting/Finance,
• Minimum 1 years work experience as FAT Staff and has worked in a Fintech Company,
• Having a Brevet A&B Certificate is preferred,
• Fluent in English / Mandarin is an added value,
• Have used and know the Accurate system and DJP Online,
• Understand and have good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Taxation Standards in Indonesia,
• Have expertise in the field of Finance; Banking, cash flow monitoring, AR & AP,
• Familiar with working on financial reports and can manage Petty Cash,
• Have the ability to do a lot of work in a short time (multitasking), honest, thorough, detailed, proactive, and has good analytical skills,
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively with a team,
• High willingness to work and learn.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports such as Petty Cash, e-Invoicing, e-Payment Slip, e-SPT,
• Prepare bank reconciliation, transaction input, tax reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, UMKM),
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly and annual financial reports,
• Maintain confidentiality of important information and documents,
• Prepare journals, Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) documents,
• Assist and comply with direct superiors for any assigned work and tasks
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for direct superiors, and management,
• Perform other work related to the Finance, Accounting & Tax department.
