Job summary

PT Huaxiang Technology Power Equipment Manufacturing is seeking a Finance and Accounting Staff to join our team on a full-time basis at our Panongan, Banten facility. This position supports day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records and compliance with standards while delivering timely information to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ability to analyse financial data.
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, ledgers and close processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the monthly close process including accruals and deferrals.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with audit activities and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Support tax compliance activities and assist with tax-related documentation.
