Job summary

PT Nova Modular Indonesia in Makassar is seeking an Accountant and Finance professional to join our finance team. This full-time role supports financial health, prepares accurate reports, and ensures compliance with Indonesian standards.

You will handle general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, and assist with audits. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 2–3 years in manufacturing accounting, and fluency in Indonesian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• AP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 2–3 years of financial accounting and reporting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per SAK.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with tax compliance and tax returns.
• Support annual audit with documentation for external auditors.
• Monitor budget vs actual and provide variance analyses.
• Cost allocation and collaboration with other departments.
