Job summary

PT Arthali Logistik Nusantara is seeking a Finance & Accounting specialist to build a disciplined and scalable finance function to support the CEDEA group's business. You will manage day-to-day finance activities, including AP/AR, vendor payments, reimbursements, invoicing, and month-end close.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with Operations and Commercial to provide financial insights while ensuring Indonesian tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in Cold Chain Industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
• Knowledge of local taxation regulations and accounting standards
• Experience in financial reporting, financial planning & budgeting, cash flow management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, reimbursements, expense claims, invoicing, and other finance transactions.
• Oversee accounting activities and monthly closing, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and management reports.
• Manage cash flow planning, collection, payments, and working capital monitoring.
• Improve Finance & Accounting processes, controls, and systems to enhance accuracy and fiscal discipline.
