Job description

We are currently search for aHead of Finance, to be based at their South Tangerang office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop group financial strategies and policies in alignment with the Board of Directors’ directives.

Supervise the preparation of the group’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with financial standards.

Ensure the implementation of the Group Financial Reporting Template across all subsidiaries.

Oversee budget planning, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.

Monitor the group’s tax compliance and provide advisory support for strategic transactions.

Manage treasury functions, including liquidity, financing, investment, and financial risk management.

Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and business strategies.

Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners.

Lead the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to achieve organizational targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or Financial Management.

Minimum 5yearsinfinance, accounting, tax, and treasury.

At least5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.

Experience inthe same industry or business lineis required.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.

Financial Analysis & Decision Making:Analyze financial situations and provide accurate, data-driven business recommendations.
