Job summary

Fazz in Indonesia seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead the subsidiary's monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and to prepare entity-level financial statements and management reports. You will ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance and uphold internal accounting policies.

You will review entries for operations and product transactions, collaborate with business teams on product impact, support audits, and develop SOPs and memos while providing financial insights and driving system/workflow

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for the subsidiary
• Prepare entity-level financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS and internal accounting policies
• Review and manage accounting entries related to operational and product transactions
• Partner with business teams to assess accounting impact of new and existing products
• Work closely with Financial Operations, Tax, and Bank Operations on end-to-end transaction flows
• Support audit processes for the subsidiary and respond to audit findings
• Develop and maintain SOPs, accounting memos, and documentation
• Provide financial analysis and accounting insights to management and business stakeholders
• Support improvements in financial systems and operational workflows
