Job summary

MOVA is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional in Indonesia to support the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing the company’s financial activities and reporting. The role involves supervising accounting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

The ideal candidate will oversee AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, and help improve systems and controls while guiding the Finance & Accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing the company’s overall finance and accounting activities.
• Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank transactions.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between internal records and actual transactions.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyze significant variances.
• Support the improvement of Finance & Accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor Finance & Accounting team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
