PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting for a manufacturing client in Lamongan, East Java. The role oversees all finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax planning, and audit readiness, collaborating with group finance and external partners. The position is on-site (WFO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience of at least 5 years preferred.
• Strong English proficiency with effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience leading and managing a finance team.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, and statutory requirements.
• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, business performance evaluation, and cost management.
• Practical experience handling bank loans, credit facilities, cash flow management, and corporate financing arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall finance and accounting functions, ensuring reliable financial statements, compliance with applicable regulations, and audit preparedness.
• Manage financial planning and analysis activities, including budget preparation, financial forecasting, variance reviews, and performance analysis.
• Oversee banking relationships, loan facilities, cash flow projections, and funding arrangements to meet operational and business needs.
• Supervise credit management and collection processes, monitor outstanding receivables, and improve working capital efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax planning, and manage tax audits and related statutory matters.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management to support business planning and decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team while maintaining effective coordination with Group Finance and external business partners.
