Buzzle is seeking a Finance Accounting & Tax Staff in West Jakarta, Indonesia. This full-time office-based role involves recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and supporting financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in finance and accounting, with a solid grasp of accounting principles and basic finance concepts. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Accurate) is a plus; strong attention to detail and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting software (such as Accurate) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with data accurately.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to full WFO at Tomang, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily recording of all company financial transactions (expenses and revenue).
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payments with data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (income statements, balance sheets).
• Help manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure funds availability.
• Support other financial administrative tasks (document filing, communication with vendors, banks, etc.).
