Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim di Bekasi, Harapan Indah, membuka peluang untuk posisi staf Finance/Accounting. Anda akan mengelola transaksi keuangan harian, accounts payable dan accounts receivable, serta membantu penyusunan laporan bulanan. Posisi ini membutuhkan pendidikan di bidang Accounting, 1–2 tahun pengalaman, mahir Excel, dan kemampuan bekerja sendiri maupun dalam tim.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Familiar with accounting principles and financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data processing.
• Experience using accounting software is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work at Bekasi, Harapan Indah.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and record financial transactions accurately and systematically.
• Prepare payment requests, invoices, receipts, and other supporting financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow.
• Record and monitor company expenses and reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist with tax administration and provide supporting documents for tax reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
• Support finance and accounting activities as required.
