Job summary

Koltiva is seeking a Field Agent Training and Coaching to develop schedules for farmer visits and to implement inspection strategies for certification and verification.

The role involves creating work plans, delivering training modules, mentoring farmers, and reporting progress to the supervisor. Candidates may be placed at activity locations and must have a relevant agriculture degree with driving license and bike ownership.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Agriculture or other suitable major.
• 1 year experience or Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have good time management skills
• Have knowledge in conducting training, sharing, coaching and mentoring
• Have experience in training activities and implementing Good Agriculture Practice
• Willing to be placed at the activity location according to the program period and willing to move locations as needed
• Have a driving license (SIM C) and own a motorbike.

Responsibilities

• Create work plans and priorities for visiting groups and small farmers.
• Ensure that training & coaching activities run well according to the targets that have been set.
• Providing consultation and mentoring activities related to cultivation practices to farmers.
• Make weekly and monthly progress reports to supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Koltiva Agronomy Team regarding training materials.
• Deliver training materials/modules in company applications.
• Provide support and understanding to farmers regarding certification preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
