Competenze

• 5–6 years of combined field training and field sales experience in FMCG, telco, fintech or MSME sales.
• Proven track record coaching and developing sales teams in the field.
• Able to train new hires, experienced reps, and team leaders with measurable impact.

Mansioni

• Observe field teams to identify skill gaps and translate into quarterly training plans.
• Deliver field onboarding: ride-alongs, product demos, live practice with feedback.
• Run refresher and advanced selling-skills training; coach underperformers and create improvement plans.
• Train leaders on coaching their teams in the field and oversee field visits with feedback.
