Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking an Operations professional to monitor inbound and stock-opname performance against SLAs, provide operational data across inbound, inventory, and customer returns, and maintain strong communication with management, staff, and vendors.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and adherence to policy while supporting budget controls and process improvements at our Jabodetabek warehouse.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Honest, strong integrity value and good attitude to connect with others.
• Self driven to complete task, high initiative to act, team player with results oriented attitude & problem solving attitude.
• More than 2 years experiences in related field.
• Sharp attention to detail to increase team productivity and reduce for errors.
• High Proficiency in MS applications.
• Eagerness to learn, loyal with flexible working hours.
• Willing to work in SIRCLO’s Jabodetabek warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & Evaluate inbound performances as SLA agreed.
• Monitor & Evaluate stock opname / daily cycle count performances as SLA agreed.
• Provide Ops data (Inbound, inventory, return from customer).
• Build & maintain constant communication with management, staff & vendor.
• Apply problem solving skills for handling ops issues / complaints in daily activities.
• Maintain conducive working environment and alignment with team members.
• Provide & receive feedback in a good manner.
• Implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Support for budget & Ops financial control.
• Actively support for Improvement implementation.
