Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in site roles.
• Understanding of construction, interior, and finishing work processes.
• Ability to read and understand working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; SketchUp is an added value.
• Ability to supervise field work to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, quality, and project schedule.
• Understanding of quantity take-off and material requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, foremen, and design team.
• Problem-solving capability and ability to take action on technical field constraints.
• Willingness to conduct site visits or work at project locations.
