Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Proven experience as Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings including AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of on-site construction processes and coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is in line with drawings and plans.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to align with schedules.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and site discipline are maintained.
• Monitor progress and report site updates to project management.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues timely.
