Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drawer to support MEP and civil/structural projects in Jakarta. You will prepare, revise, and manage technical construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with designs, BIM models, and site conditions.

The role is based at the PIK office with periodic site visits to verify drawing accuracy, manage revisions, and coordinate with engineering, BIM, and construction teams to keep

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CAD drafting experience in construction/MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP and civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD (floor plans, sections, schematics).
• Develop shop drawings for openings, embedded components, and hanger layouts.
• Revise drawings per design changes and maintain revision records.
• Maintain drawing registers with numbers, revisions, and issue dates.
• Coordinate printing, distribution, and document control for latest versions.
• Interpret schematics and technical symbols to support construction needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare as-built drawings reflecting site conditions and changes.
• Organize final drawings and docs for handover and closeout.
• Conduct site visits to verify drawing requirements and coordinate updates.
