Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma.
• At least 2 years in sales/field roles.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a team and territory.

Responsibilities

• Handle 15-20 Sales Promoters in the area.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field training and refreshers for Promoters.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure in-store promotions and POP materials.
