Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance seeks a Sales Coordinator to drive area targets, visiting merchants daily and building strong PIC store relationships. You will ensure programs run smoothly and promotions are effectively placed.

You will lead 15-20 sales promoters, monitor their activities, and train field teams, coordinating with partner operations to stay ahead of market and competitors' moves.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales/field roles.
• Strong leadership to manage area and team.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills including social media.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct field team trainings and refreshers for Promoters.
• Daily merchant visits and build solid relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure POP material placement and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate with partner operations to gather sales and market feedback.
