Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build strong relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs run smoothly and meet sales targets in the area.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to gather sales, competitors, and field issue data.
• Manage around 15–20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor promoters' daily activities and conduct field trainings for the team.
