Job summary

PT Delta Djakarta Tbk is seeking aSales Supervisor to identify customer types and segment markets, while ensuring the right brand portfolio and merchandising in all outlets. The role focuses on outlet promotions, pricing strategies, and contract targets, with emphasis on coaching sub-distributors and maintaining strong customer relations.

Must hold a Bachelor degree in Management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role and fluent English.

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer types and determine the market segment.
• Perform merchandising in all outlets with proper display, POP signs, and POS materials.
• Determine sales promotions for outlets and events as needed.
• Provide outlets targets with appropriate contract calculations.
• Implement and monitor regional marketing activities and promotions at outlet level.
• Ensure pricing campaigns and price strips are executed as suggested.
• Assist credit granting and collection processes for outlets.
• Coach sub-distributor sales personnel on activities, stock monitoring, and customer service.
• Build and maintain goodwill and relations with customers while enforcing company policies.
• Submit timely reports to management (daily, weekly, quarterly, etc.).

Job description

To identify customer types to be served to determine the market segment and to ensure the appropriate brand portfolio available in all outlets to achieve sales volume per brand and market share targets.

Responsible in performing merchandising activities in all outlets by ensuring the outlet understanding of refrigeration units, display placing, POP sign, and other POS material.

To determine sales promotion activities on outlets and special events need by the outlets

To provide outlets target with appropriate calculation to ensure proper contract for selected outlets.

Responsible to implement and to monitor marketing in region or area initiated sales activity and promotion in outlet level.

Ensuring the implementation of suggested wholesale or retail price by conducting price campaign, placing price strips and other approaches.

Assist the process of credit granting and collection to the outlets.

Responsible in coaching and / or counseling the sub distributor sales persons in their sales activity, stock monitoring, customer service, etc.

Responsible to build and maintain customer good will and relations by communicate and implement all relevant company policies affecting to the trade, attends and provides customer requirement and service within reasonable bounds.

Responsible to submit and prepare all kind of requested report to the management on time (daily, weekly, quarterly, semester, and annually) and other special report requested.

Job Requirement :

Must be graduated from Bachelor Degree in Management or any related fields

Have experienced in related fields minimum of 3 years in supervisory level.

Advance promotion activities

Having good managerial skills.

Fluent in English both oral and written.
