Job summary

PT Global Employment Outsourcing Group is hiring a Business Development professional to identify and sign F&B merchants across North Jakarta and Tangerang.

You will manage onboarding, help merchants set menus, pricing, campaigns, and drive initial transaction growth, while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) is required.
• Willing to work in North Jakarta / Tangerang area; local residency preferred.
• Field sales experience is preferred.

Position: Business Development (Merchant Acquisition)

Type: Partnership

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring F&B merchants (ranging from local eateries and street food to popular restaurants and high-potential merchants) in designated commercial districts.


• Execute daily field visits, pitch platform value propositions, and independently drive commercial negotiations to secure merchant sign-ups.

Onboarding & Store Activation

• Guide newly signed merchants through the complete onboarding process, ensuring menu setup, pricing, promotional campaigns, and operational readiness are completed smoothly.


• Drive merchant activation and initial transaction growth so that live merchants quickly become active on the platform.

Merchant Relationship Management & Operations

• Build and maintain positive day-to-day relationships with assigned merchant partners to ensure long-term retention and engagement.


• Consult merchants on basic operations, package combos, pricing strategies, and platform marketing tools to help them increase order volume and GMV.

Cross-Departmental Coordination for Marketing & Content

• Coordinate with internal operations, creator/influencer, and content teams to support merchant campaigns, short video production, and LIVE streaming opportunities for local restaurants.

Market Intelligence & Daily Reporting

• Monitor local competitor activities, pricing, and merchant promotions in assigned areas, providing regular feedback to Team Leads (TLs).


• Track daily individual performance metrics (such as visit volume, calls, sign-ups, and onboarding rates) and submit accurate reports.
