SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor for Tarakan, Indonesia to drive sales targets in the assigned area.

You will lead and monitor 15-20 Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, and build strong relationships with store PICs to ensure programs meet targets. You will coordinate with partner operations teams, conduct field team trainings, and provide coaching to improve leadership and communication in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and area; good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the designated area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure programs and sales targets are met in the area.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
