Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel; able to work shifts.
• Placement: Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Daily visit to merchant and build good relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
