Job summary

PT. Mulinsen Manufacture Indonesia is seeking an offline sales professional focused on expanding our customer base in the clean room and sandwich panel sectors.

You will conduct site visits to customers, project sites, contractors, and industrial areas to understand needs and recommend suitable products. You will manage quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with drafting and project teams to prepare drawings and technical proposals, while nurturing existing relationships for repeat

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to clean room, sandwich panel, and related industries.
• Knowledge of products like sandwich panels and clean room components is preferred.
• Ability to visit sites and network with contractors, consultants, developers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Experience meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers through offline B2B and B2C channels.
• Visit customers, project sites, contractors, consultants, and industrial areas.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Create and follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate with drafting and project teams for drawings and proposals.
• Manage projects from inquiry to purchase order and maintain relationships for repeat orders.
