Job summary

PT. Sungai Yangtze Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to identify and approach new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals. You will promote silicone sealants and related products, conduct product presentations, and build lasting relationships with customers while meeting sales targets.

The role focuses on expanding the customer base, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and developing a strong network across relevant industries in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proactive and target-oriented with a genuine interest in acquiring new customers.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presented.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for everyday conversations; basic to conversational Mandarin.
• Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Develop new accounts and expand the company's customer base.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product introductions, and business presentations.
• Introduce and promote the company's silicone sealant and related products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and sales opportunities through to closing.
• Develop a strong network within relevant industries and commercial sectors.
• Consistently work towards sales objectives and contribute to business growth.
