Job summary

COLORLINK is seeking a sales-focused professional to penetrate markets in the Palembang region and nearby areas. You will build client databases, manage relationships with existing customers, and drive monthly sales targets for Colorlink products.

You will report on field visits with daily updates, work independently or as part of a team, and benefit from a comprehensive package including health insurance and pension, plus clear career development opportunities in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience (preferably in digital printing sector) or willingness to learn without prior experience
• Knowledge and mastery of the Palembang region and surrounding areas
• Own personal vehicle (motorcycle) and active Class C driving licence
• Communicative, persuasive, and mentally tough for field work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High understanding of the products we sell
• Competitive compensation with attractive sales commissions

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits and build new client databases in the Makasar region and surrounding areas
• Maintain good relationships with loyal customers and ensure their raw material supply is never disrupted
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Colorlink featured products
• Provide daily field reports regarding customer visits and market developments in Makassar
