Job summary

PT Fumira is seeking a sales-oriented professional to identify customer needs and build lasting relationships in East Java. You will canvass in the placement area, present products, and strive to meet sales targets with effective communication.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and adaptability to a mobile work setup in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of building materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in any major.
• 1–2 years in same position (preferably from manufacturing or building material).
• Willing to work mobile.
• Good negotiation skill.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Familiar with modern market business and sales activity.
• Communicative, strong personality, target oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• canvassing project in the placement area armed with brochures, simple and presentation tools
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the area
