Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk invites applications for a Field Representative—Feed and LPG. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting products, and delivering technical support to ensure satisfaction and sales targets are met.

The candidate will proactively engage customers in assigned territories, present products, negotiate contracts, and develop sales plans. Travel will be extensive, and a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or field operations, preferably in animal feed, agricultural, or LPG industry.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and farm management practices.
• Knowledge of LPG products and applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing customers in assigned territories to understand their feed and LPG needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's feed and LPG products.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding proper feed usage, animal health, and LPG applications.
• Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and farmer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
