Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven key account management experience in the HORECA sector in Indonesia.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive knowledge of the HORECA industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new HORECA accounts, focusing on strategic partnerships and large-volume clients.
• Manage and nurture existing key HORECA accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the HORECA market, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key HORECA clients, optimizing profitability.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the HORECA sector.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and support for HORECA clients.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Represent PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
