Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Field Representative in Lampung to build strong customer relationships and drive sales of feed and LPG products. You will provide technical support and consult with farmers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' sales or field operations experience, preferably in feed, agriculture or LPG.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and farm management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Present and demonstrate the company's feed and LPG products.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms for mutual benefit.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide technical advice on feed usage, animal health, and LPG applications.
