Job summary

Pt Endo Indonesia is seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for its Balikpapan, East Kalimantan team. This field-based role requires building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators to promote products and achieve sales targets.

You will educate healthcare providers on product benefits, monitor market trends, and provide exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential for success in this territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Resides in or near Balikpapan, East Kalimantan is preferred.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the medical community.
• Educate healthcare providers on the features, benefits, and appropriate use of pharmaceutical products.
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to represent the company and its products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage territory budget and expenses effectively.
• Provide product support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
