Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end on-field export and import procedures at ports, airports, warehouses, and customs offices.
• Handle customs inspections directly, including physical examinations for Red Line shipments.
• Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation (PIB, PEB, B/L, CIPL, COO, Delivery Orders, Storage, LoLo, TILA, etc.).
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party vendors, shipping lines, warehouses, container depos, and customs officers to secure rates and efficiency.
