Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking an experienced Export-Import Supervisor to oversee end-to-end export/import operations at our Jakarta hub. The role will coordinate with customs, port authorities, and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in export-import, strong knowledge of regulations, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in export-import operations.
• PPJK or other customs clearance certificate is a plus.
• English required; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Proven experience with customs processes and port-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and INSW systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination with government bodies and partners.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise export and import processes to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and monitor customs clearance, including documentation and coordination with authorities.
• Handle and resolve port-related issues with shipping lines, forwarders, and terminal operators.
• Verify export/import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits).
• Ensure shipment schedules are met and maintain relationships with vendors and agents.
• Lead and supervise the export-import team to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare regular reports and evaluations for management review.
