Job summary

World Resources Institute in Aceh Tengah / Central Aceh region seeks a Field Operation and Procurement Assistant for Agroforestry to support procurement, logistics, and field documentation across project sites.

You will coordinate RFQs, purchase orders, vendor records, and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements while collaborating with field teams and admin/procurement units. This is a 15 Oct 2026 – 28 Feb 2027 consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project administration, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience in procuring goods and services with proper documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and project documentation for field activities.
• Maintain procurement trackers and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Support field teams with travel and operational arrangements.
