Job summary

World Resources Institute Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Officer - Operations to translate procurement plans into executable packages and manage procurements from planning through close-out. Based in Jakarta with office-flex arrangements and travel to Aceh and West Sumatra project sites.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, and project teams, ensure competitive, transparent processes, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, finance, law, or another relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved procurement plans into executable packages and manage procurements through lifecycle.
• Consolidated procurement planning and packaging across Aceh and West Sumatra.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents with clear evaluation criteria and timelines.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, contracts/POs, and post-award administration.
• Monitor delivery, verification, and documentation for compliance and value-for-money.
