Zusammenfassung

PT Amertec Eraplast is seeking an estimator based in Cikarang to prepare and review BOQ, calculate comprehensive project costs, and generate accurate tenders and quotations. You will conduct site visits to support measurements and coordinate with project teams to ensure competitive costing.

The role requires a minimum D3 in engineering or construction and 3–5 years of estimator experience, preferably with tender exposure, with willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3 in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator, preferably with project tender experience.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang.
• Willing to conduct site visits and field measurements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review BOQ based on project requirements.
• Calculate project costs, including manpower, labour, materials, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for tenders and sales purposes.
• Conduct site visits and field measurements to support project estimation.
• Coordinate with Project teams to ensure accurate and competitive costing.
