Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Contractor and Consultant fields.
• Willing to be placed in Summarecon Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Bill of Quantity (BQ) for the tender process and create cost estimates (HPP) for feasibility studies according to specifications
• Evaluate tender BQ and conduct negotiations to determine the winning bidder based on the best price
• Provide initial recommendations from tender results
• Calculate and revise variation orders to ensure accuracy of work items and unit prices
• Update unit price lists and conduct field checks
• Conduct site surveys for new contractors/suppliers
• Ensure tenders comply with the allocated budget

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
