Job summary

PT. Berca Schindler Lifts invites you to join its FEDP program in Indonesia. Over 24 months you'll rotate through engineering, training and on-the-job development to grow into technical and operation roles within the company.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Electromechanical fields, with GPA ≥ 3.00, graduate in 2025 or 2026. English fluency is required, and MS Office skills are expected.

Job description

In the FEDP program, you will be introduced to Schindler’s business processes in the first phase (12 months) of the program.In the second phase (12 months), you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler’s latest products and technology and acquire technical skills, learning from ground up.

Upon successful completion of 24 months of on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become technical and operation succession planning in both technical and operation position.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical disciplines—from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Applicants must have graduated no more than 2 years ago from a college or university (students graduating in 2025 and 2026)

Fluency in English is necessary (conversation and written)

If you have experience working in a technical area for 1 year it will be an advantage

Electrical and Mechanical Engineering skills (Layout drawing, schematic drawing, Practical mechanical and electrical logical concept)

Able to use MS Office or other office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power point)

Communication and presentation skills (Written report and communicate field finding both in Bahasa and English)

A Can-do attitude and able to work with minimum supervision are necessary.

Analytical thinking, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill

Demonstrates strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and solve problems effectively.

Willing to work in construction sites & work at height.

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia according to organizational needs.
