As a Sales Consultant, you will generate and convert leads, conduct product presentations, build relationships, manage client data in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education.
• Experience in Sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Smartphone and laptop required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer data and sales activities using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
