Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a field compliance specialist to conduct operational assessments and ensure adherence to company policies during field activities. The role focuses on identifying irregularities, reporting risks, and delivering actionable insights from field data.

The candidate will document findings, coordinate with related departments, and support continuous improvement in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational field assessments to ensure route accuracy, outlet validation, and policy compliance.
• Identify and document field irregularities or fraud risks and escalate for validation.
• Analyze field performance data and prepare reports highlighting key findings and risks.
• Carry out incidental tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Description :

• Conduct operational field assessments activities within AMO/Depo to ensure compliance with route accuracy, outlet validation requirements, company policies and internal regulations.
• Identify, document, and escalat potential field irregularities, fraud risks, or unethical practices detected during field checks and report findings for further validation
• Compile and analyze field performance data to prepare summary reports that presents key findings, identify root causes and risk indicators in field operations.
• Conduct Incidental task given by superiors.

Job Requirements :

• Ensures that all field and sales activities adhere to internal regulations and compliance standards
• Skilled in detecting irregularities and recommending corrective or preventive actions
• Strong ability to interpret field data, identify trends, and assess operational performance accurately
• Effectively communicates findings to management and ensures collaboration with related departments
• Maintains consisten monitoring and timely reporting of compliance issues and corrective measure
• Understanding of compliance monitoring procesdures and reporting frameworks
• Knowledge of field activity risk factors, fraud patterns, prevention mechanisms
• Familiar with analyzing and validation operational data from field activities
• High accuracy in idetifying reports and provude actionable insights based on findings.
• Ability to compile reports and provide actionable insights based on finsings
• Skilled in coordinating with field teams and presenting compliance updates
• English skill (profiency - Advanced)
