Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data analytics or data engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in FMCG Sales & Marketing or corporate governance is preferred.
• Fluent English required.

• Ability to develop and implement monitoring systems that ensure compliance and integrity across operations
• Strong knowledge and skill in identifying, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent or unethical practices
• Capable of overseeing regional compliance activities and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
• Proficient in analyzing operational patterns, identifying irregularities, and developing preventive measures
• Effective in coordinating with Head Office and regional teams to drive accountability and transparency
• Provides leadership, guidance, and development for specialists and staff to achieve compliance objectives
• In-depth understanding of operational processes, compliance frameworks, and audit principles in sales and distribution
• Comprehensive knowledge of fraud risk indicators, performance tracking and resource allocation
• Understanding of organizational management, performance tracking, and resource allocation

Requirements :

• Min 5 years experience with at least as 3 years in managerial level in data analyst/data engineer and/or having certification on relevant field
• Preferably in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Experiencing managing regional compliance risk prevention teams
• Background in FMCG Sales & Marketing Field or corporate governance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VBA, Power Query), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with both field and head office teams
• Ability to identify root causes and develop practical, data-driven solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently
• English skill (profiency - Advanced)
