Job summary

Pt. Bri Multifinance Indonesia is seeking a Field Commercial to sell directly to consumers or business purchasers and to build relationships to buy cocoa bean and achieve our target volume.

The role involves identifying, contacting prospects, supporting growth by promoting products, monitoring market and competitor activity, coordinating pricing and merchandising, and engaging with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer have the commodity commercial/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly to consumers or business purchasers or indirectly through various sales channels.
• Identify, contact prospective suppliers to build relationships to buy cocoa bean and achieve target volume.
• Identify, develop and close new sales under supervision.
• Support business growth by disseminating information that promotes the organization and its products and services.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
• Coordinate market research, pricing and sales and merchandising activities under supervision.
• Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Other duties as assigned
