Pt Mitra Solusi Lelang is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team on-site in Tangerang. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently (checks, electronic transfers, credit cards).
• Apply payments to customer accounts in the accounting system.

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other issues.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding balances via phone and email.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and maintain aging reports and analyze accounts receivable aging.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers regarding their accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, credit policies, and collection techniques.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
