Job summary

Pt Mitra Solusi Lelang is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team on-site in Tangerang. You will manage customer accounts, process payments, and ensure timely collection to support cash flow. Strong organizational skills, communication, and accuracy are essential.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR, familiarity with SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and spreadsheet software.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments via checks, electronic transfers, and cards.
• Apply payments to customer accounts in the ERP system.
• Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
• Monitor aging and follow up on overdue balances by phone and email.
• Assist with month-end close related to accounts receivable.
