Responsibilities

• Promote Syngenta seeds (Corn and Rice) to farmers.
• Achieve sales targets within assigned territory and support regional growth.
• Conduct demand creation activities and promote the ePartnerGrow loyalty program.
• Learn to build relationships with customers under supervision of Sales Representatives.
• Develop product knowledge and provide basic technical support to customers.
• Gather market information to support sales strategies.
