Qualifications

Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.
Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.
Excellent skill in English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT development/programming, Ms. Office and digital platform.

Responsibilities

Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory.
Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta’s GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested.
Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.
